I am very grateful to the large number of people who continue to support me in many ways:

• My Family – for not being the typical "composer's family" of classical music history (you know the kind: the ones who refuse to countenance the idea of their offspring pursuing a career in music!).
• My Teachers – instrumental music and composing, at school and university, from whom I have received both practical knowledge and moral support.
• My Commissioners – those who have directly payed me to write music, and those who have made such things possible (that means people like you, Claire Oremland, Anne Cawrse, and Simone Slattery!)
• My Musicians – anyone who has ever played (or sung, or narrated) in a DJL composition.
• My Audience – anyone who has ever taken the time to listen to some of this music!
• Others – these are the behind-the-scenes friends whose musical feedback, persistent encouragement, prayers and authentic interest in what I'm up to make the biggest difference between Nothing and Music.
